John Hafen has over 25 years of operational management, and merger and acquisition experience in various high tech business enterprises. Most recently, he was president of Logicalis' US division (until 2003), where he achieved revenues over $350m while continuing to increase profitability. At Logicalis, Mr. Hafen effectively merged acquired companies, creating a premier reseller of HP, IBM, Cisco and EMC products, as well as Managed Services, Enterprise Management, Application Integration and Contract Consulting services. Mr. Hafen's previous company, Puget Sound Systems Group, was sold to Logicalis for more than $50m.

In addition to a successful high-tech career, Mr. Hafen manages investments in the medical equipment leasing business, real estate development, and rental enterprises.

A BS/MBA, Mr. Hafen was a nuclear certified Weapons Systems Officer aboard the USAF F-4E Phantom supersonic jet fighter aircraft, and USAF "Top Gun."
